"I had the loveliest experience here tonight (monday 9th february 2026), the blonde girl with the braid who served me was so bubbly and lovely and the coffee the tall girl made me was absolutely delicious, perfect temperature and amazing froth. The younger girl with the dark hair was also lovely every time she approached my table, i loved the $10 pizza special that was on today, i even had enough to take home for my husband who was also delighted and said it was delicious. The restaurant was clean and everyone was very attentive, will definitely be back!"

"My partner and I are locals who regularly visit XS Espresso in Glendale for both breakfast and coffee. The service is always friendly, consistent, and accommodating, even when the coffee needs to be made extra hot for my partner (and I mean really hot), the team never hesitates to remake it with a smile. A special mention to Bella, who is always polite, cheerful, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything’s just right. She’s a standout, but honestly, everyone there contributes to the great experience. It’s one of those local spots you keep coming back to because they genuinely care about their customers. "They need to change the name to XL espresso. The portions are huge! Great value for money. I had the chicken and waffles. Big portion, generous with the bacon and chicken fillet. Presented well, fresh and hot. Coffee is excellent. Hot, smooth and just the way you like it. Little bikkies are a bonus to! Wife had pancakes and they were huge and presented really well. Plenty of extras like fruit and ice cream and it was all fresh and I just had to sample it for myself! A friend had the chicken burger and was the same as the above. Big fresh and tasty. The chicken here is way way better than KFC or the like. Think a good Korean fried chicken joint, that kind of quality. Service has always been friendly. This was a packed Sunday and we got everything we ordered within 15 minutes. Very impressed. Not every XS espresso is like this. But I’ve never ever faulted the Glendale store. Other locations should look at Glendale as the standard as I believe they lack the above qualities. Take this review seriously, I know my food and coffee! Give these guys a go. 10/10"

"I don’t know her name, but the young lady staff member was incredibly kind and friendly. The food took quite a while to come out, and the place felt a bit unorganized and not very clean. However, her kindness really made up for everything."

"I frequently visit this location with my two young children and the service is always good. However it is noticeably better when we are served by Bella. She is always patient, makes certain we’ve got everything we need and never in a hurry to move on even when there isn’t a spare seat in the place. If I were the owner of this business I would acknowledge Bella with a pay increase."
